In addition to expressing gratitude for friends, family and loved ones, the Stratosphere Networks team is also grateful for a few key IT tools and solutions that have had a significant impact on the business world and help us guide our clients to new heights of productivity and efficiency.<\/p>\n

From our point of view, here are five technologies to be thankful for this year:<\/p>\n

1. The cloud.<\/h2>\n

This one is huge in terms of the way it\u2019s revolutionized how so many organizations operate. The phenomenon of Everything as a Service<\/a> (XaaS) means that you can get all kinds of IT solutions<\/a> and products delivered in a cost-effective<\/a>, easily scalable form via the cloud \u2013 from Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) to Platform as a Service (PaaS) to Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).<\/p>\n

Cloud solutions<\/a> are generally easy to implement and flexible, offering access to on-the-go workers using mobile devices as well as remote employees, as long as they have a secure internet connection. At a time when digital transformation<\/a> and delivering the best possible customer experience (CX) are becoming vital factors for businesses across all industries, cloud-based platforms that give team members the ability to complete their work and connect with customers and colleagues quickly from anywhere can play a significant role in an organization\u2019s success.<\/p>\n

2. Managed Detection and Response (MDR).<\/h2>\n
