Keep reading for details about other new features, updated features and announcements related to the Microsoft 365 suite.<\/p>\n<h2>New Features<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Receiving limits for sender-recipient pairs<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>What\u2019s happening: Microsoft already has mailbox receiving limits in place for Microsoft Office 365 mailboxes (3,600 messages in a given 60-minute window). Effective September 2021, there will also be a limit on sender-recipient pairs, meaning that if a single sender exceeds 33 percent of the threshold of 3,600 per rolling hour to one recipient, the mailbox will no longer accept messages from that particular sender.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Public preview: Download quarantined files available for Microsoft Defender Antivirus users<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>What\u2019s happening: If you utilize Microsoft Defender Antivirus in active mode, this new feature will allow you to download quarantined files.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Self-service purchasing for Windows 365<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>What\u2019s happening: Microsoft has announced that self-service purchasing abilities will soon be available for Windows 365. Individuals in all locations worldwide except for India will be allowed to obtain subscriptions to the following products as early as August 15, 2021: Windows 365 Business and Windows 365 Enterprise. Administrators can limit self-service purchase capabilities on a per-product basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Attachments to messages tagged as Data Privacy<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>What\u2019s happening: Admins might notice links for downloading attachments within messages with the Data Privacy tag. Not all messages tagged Data Privacy will necessarily have attachments. When presents, the attachments will provide additional information about the message.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>New editable Image Tags column in SharePoint<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>What\u2019s happening: SharePoint currently automatically creates a column called Tags when images are uploaded. This column includes descriptive labels for search purposes. Microsoft has announced plans to migrate tags from this read-only text-based column to a new editable Image Tags column.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Teams Side-by-side and Reporter Presenter modes<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>What\u2019s happening: When sharing a screen via Presenter mode in Teams, end users will soon be able to utilize two new layouts.
