The Zoom Phone Certified Integrator Program – which the supplier launched in 2020 as an extension of the Zoom Certified Integrator Program – endorses voice professionals capable of facilitating a seamless customer experience through the successful implementation and adoption of Zoom's unified communications platform.

Zoom Phone is an agile and powerful cloud phone system, supporting collaboration from anywhere with features like mobile and desktop apps, desk phone compatibility, Salesforce integration, call transfer and forwarding, and business app integration, among other functionalities.

To become a Zoom Phone Certified Integrator, companies must serve as a unified communications consultant or integrator for at least two years, hold various industry certifications (i.e., Mitel Silver Partner or better, Cisco Advanced Collaboration Architecture Specialization or better, Avaya Sapphire Partner or better, and 8x8 approved implementation partner), and provide customer testimonials concerning previous VoIP deployments.

Additionally, the integrator must complete the build-out of a lab or demo environment, perform a demo to Zoom, and have individual team members complete Zoom Phone Sales Specialist (two people), Zoom Phone Solutions Engineer (two people), Zoom Phone Delivery Engineer (two people), and Zoom Phone Project manager (one person) training, among other requirements.
