Stratosphere Networks helps businesses bypass the traditional sales process and quickly identify leading Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), customer experience (CX), digital transformation, business process outsourcing (BPO), managed IT and cybersecurity solutions.

Our story began in 2003 with the launch of Converged Communication Systems (CCS), our sister brand that provides telephony and unified communications (UC) solutions.

Because of those initial years spent focused on telecommunications, our team has extensive UC and contact center expertise. Stratosphere Networks got its start in 2010. Until 2021, we delivered managed services – including managed cybersecurity, managed IT and comanaged IT services – and trusted advisor services from our state-of-the-art Network Operations Center and Security Operations Center in Evanston.

In 2021, Ascend Technologies acquired our managed IT and security services division. We continue to provide IT consulting and advisory services.

Because we spent our first decade in business providing managed services, our advisors have direct experience with a wide range of IT solutions. By drawing on that knowledge and utilizing advanced tools, our team can efficiently pinpoint products that meet our clients’ specific requirements and align with their organizational objectives.
