I have called the help desk just three to four times over the past two years. Every time, my problem has been resolved within a few minutes, the tech is very personable and friendly, and it's left me with this thought: If I have a computer problem and can't figure it out, call the help desk, because I know that I am wasting time by not doing so. The problem will still exist, and I am still frustrated. As soon as I want it fixed, I call the help desk and I get it fixed. You guys do an awesome job. Just my two cents.
Before we partnered with Stratosphere Networks, we had an extremely outdated infrastructure and gear that wasn't up to par. We started out with a one-man IT company who was unable to meet our needs. Stratosphere Networks replaced our server and put us into a domain environment, and kept us informed in their reasoning every step of the way. Essentially, they brought us up-to-date. We were using tape for backups and Stratosphere updated us to a hybrid cloud and on-premise backup solution. We previously had DSL and were switched to a more reliable internet service so we could be backed up via cloud. We also made our business more secure by implementing a firewall as we had no firewall prior, resulting in a far more effective and secure disaster recovery plan.
Overall, Stratosphere Networks has provided unmatchable customer service with a tremendous quality of service that has resulted in minimized downtime and disruption.
