Stratosphere Networks, based out of Evanston, IL, is expanding its marketing team and seeking a few dedicated marketing professionals to join our family.
Stratosphere provides consulting, professional services, day to day support, as well as solutions to businesses of all sizes and all industries. We are known for being number one in Chicago IT Support and Telephony Support.
Our Marketing Team will provide marketing services for our business brands as their primary role. In addition, our small to medium clients who dont have internal marketing lean on us to provide online marketing strategy and consulting, website development and maintenance, press, social, SEO and more; thus, you have the opportunity to work with clients of all industries.
Marketing AssociateMarketing associate to provide daily marketing responsibilities that can range from social, press, content, creative, blog, email, events, etc.
SEO SpecialistThis is a new role. We are seeking SEO specialists and consultants -- who understand analytics, keywords, online trends, how to effectively use online tools in order to increase traffic/visibility, how to manage a project such as a website deployment and marketing campaign. Salary is determined based on experience, skill, certifications, and examples of past clients/work.

Responsibilities:
- Competitor Research, Keyword Research and SEO Writing: Accountable for conducting competitor research, keyword research, SEO writing, and other content optimizations as needed, executed with attention to detail and on deadline.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor, analyze and report on key metrics to track against goals/conversions, and to identify trends, successes and opportunities for optimization.
- General Support: Support client projects and the client delivery team as needed, including but not limited to, working with client account managers to develop digital strategies to meet client goals, taking notes on client calls, collaborating with clients on cutting-edge SEO strategies, conducting miscellaneous research, and performing client and prospective client site audits.
- Stay Up-To-Date on SEO Trends and Best Practices: Understand the SEO industry and keep up with industry-wide best practices and search engine updates.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years SEO experience, including keyword research and SEO writing
- Basic knowledge of Wordpress and HTML editing
- Experience with Google analytics, Google Search Console (formerly Webmaster Tools) and Bing Webmaster Tools
- Certifications not required, but a plus
- Strong communication skills, including both journalistic and creative writing, editing and information organization
- Strong attention to detail and superior project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to understand new industries quickly
This is a new role. You'll play a key role in every aspect of paid search marketing -- from research to optimization. This position works closely with digital marketing team to maximize the impact of our website through SEM. We are seeking a results-driven individual who can define and execute campaigns and are able to measure and report campaign effectiveness and optimize when needed. Responsibilities:

- Create Campaigns: Build out and launch campaigns on Google, Bing/Yahoo, social media, etc. Develop landing pages, creative assets, and other campaign elements, while ensuring proper lead tracking and URL coding is in place.
- Reporting and Analysis: Audit and analyze campaign performance to develop strategies for improvement and growth. Produce internal and client reports on spend, lead delivery and other key metrics. Apply knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to assist implementation of tag management, analytics, SEM, and paid media efforts.
- Stay Up-To-Date on SEM Trends and Best Practices: Keep the agency up-to-date on new paid search trends and identify opportunities to improve performance
- SEO Experience: Since SEO and SEM sometimes go hand in hand, individuals with SEO experience a plus as SEM Specialist will be tasked with SEO objectives as well.

Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of SEM experience, including keyword research and SEO writing
- Demonstrate understanding and experience with web analytics and tag management platforms, specifically Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with paid campaigns in Google Adwords, Bing Ads and social media sites.
- A/B testing experience preferred.
- Certifications not required, but a plus

Individuals who are design intensive (i.e. collateral, video, photo, web etc), extremely creative and team-oriented please apply. We are open to entry level individuals as well as more experienced. Individuals who understand the online analytics behind video is a plus. Marketing using photos is extremely important as this individual will be responsible for multiple campaigns and social media platforms that utilize video and photo. For some campaigns, we prefer the creation of multiple options to A/B test.

- Brand Strategy: Ensure brand is consistent across all channels. Help drive visibility through creative concepts.
- Collateral: Design client-facing collateral such as offers, newsletters, advertisements, etc.
- Graphic design: Such as infographics, display ads, web banners, email templates, etc. (HTML experience not required as we have web developers on staff.)
- Videos: Produce and edit videos for company YouTube channel such as company news, events client testimonials, etc.

- Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop experience required
- Video editing experience required -- Final Cut or Adobe Premiere

- Strong attention to detail -- must have good grammar and spelling
