Francis Micor

Francis Micor is the director of technical account management and consulting at Stratosphere Networks. Since his start in 2013 as the only technical account manager, Francis has grown and developed a team of transformational technology professionals who serve to bridge the gap between business and technology. A customer service focus and intimacy with our clients' people and processes is at the core of our pragmatic, consultative approach.

As a member of the leadership team, Francis leads a cohesive unit that works cross-functionally to mature and develop Stratosphere's consulting practice and service delivery, resulting in high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

With over 20 years of technology and management experience, Francis is a firm believer in promoting mentorship and on-going personal and professional development in order to harness both individual and team strengths.
