At Stratosphere, we believe in setting aside our own interests to give back and contribute to the greater good. The community service we perform doesn't just help the people we serve but also enriches our lives. It allows us to expand our focus and remember there's more to life than just work and material things. To quote Bryan Loritts, the lead pastor of Abundant Life Church in Silicon Valley, "I've never seen a U-Haul truck at a cemetery."
We give back to the community that supports us by showing compassion and kindness toward those in need. Here are just some of the efforts we've made to improve our community and give assistance to the less fortunate.
Volunteering
Our company's community service program offers employees up to 2 additional days of paid time off for participating in sponsored volunteer activities. As part of the program, Stratosphere team members have helped with Meals at Home deliveries, a Back to School Supply Drive for the Chicago-based social services organization Lawrence Hall, and more.
Sponsored Events
In addition to our community service program, we give back to the community by sponsoring benefits and events hosted by charitable organizations.

Charitable Donations
Stratosphere also donates regularly to charitable organizations that work to improve the lives of people in need. For example, we make recurring contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and International Justice Mission.
