Kendra Karczewski is a senior vice president of advisory services at Stratosphere Networks and Converged Communication Systems (CCS).
She graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a bachelor's degree in international affairs, began her career in technology with Avaya and moved over to the CCS/Stratosphere team in 2015.
As a senior vice president of advisory services for Stratosphere and CCS, Kendra specializes in helping clients evaluate various technology solutions and pairs businesses with services and a team of experts that meet their unique needs. Working with clients to understand their current situation and vision, she helps improve on processes, people, training and enhance both employee and customer experiences. She partners with the best in the industry to deliver results to their customers, bringing on thought leaders and industry leaders, depending on the engagement, with the end goal of providing clients with an experience they can't get elsewhere.
Kendra identifies solutions that fit her clients' needs based on compliance, security, application integration, and features, among other factors. She focuses on empowering companies to improve collaboration and customer experience (CX) with Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions from suppliers such as Five9, NICE inContact, Talkdesk, RingCentral, 8x8, Avaya and more. Additionally, she enables clients to boost productivity with robotic process automation (RPA), gain insight into client behavior with CRM platforms, contain costs with business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, safeguard sensitive data with managed cybersecurity solutions, enhance application communication features with Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) solutions, facilitate secure remote work with Workstation as a Service (WaaS), and gain strategic marketing guidance with CMO services.
She has experience working with organizations of all sizes, from small and mid-size companies to large enterprises. For example, she advised a Fortune 100 company with locations around the world concerning their contact center solution, carrying out a thorough assessment of cloud contact center software suppliers (including demonstrations and technical deep dives). Involved in the contact center industry since 2013, she currently serves on the Board of the Midwest Contact Center Association.
Her notable accomplishments during her time with Stratosphere and CCS also include assisting with the construction of the IT, cybersecurity and telecom network for McCormick Alternate Care Facility, a 3,000+-bed field hospital the Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) and city of Chicago set up at the beginning of the pandemic in 2020. Kendra worked with IEMA to determine requirements for the project and recruited suppliers to handle the hospital's infrastructure, network, security and phone systems. Ultimately, the Stratosphere team and the company's partners completed a project that would have normally taken a year or two in just two weeks.
Kendra resides in Evergreen, Colorado with her husband and enjoys hiking with her dog, Falkor, snowboarding, travel and cooking.
