CHICAGO - Stratosphere Networks will host a March Madness kickoff event for Evanston business leaders on Thursday, March 15 at the Whiskey Thief Tavern at 616 Davis Street. The Stratosphere team has reserved the Barrel Room at the back of the bar for attendees to eat, drink, network, and watch some hoops from noon to 6 p.m.
