CHICAGO - Stratosphere Networks was named the winner of a Bronze Stevie Award in the Information Technology Department of the Year category in The 16th Annual American Business Awards® today.
The American Business Awards are the U.S.A.'s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations - public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small.
Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word meaning "crowned," the awards will be presented to winners at a gala ceremony at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York on Monday, June 11. Tickets are now on sale.
More than 3,700 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories, including Startup of the Year, Executive of the Year, Best New Product or Service of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Live Event of the Year, and App of the Year, among others. Stratosphere Networks was nominated in the Information Technology category.
Stratosphere Networks - a Chicago IT managed service provider - received the award based on its accomplishments in 2017, including an average customer satisfaction score of 97.4%, investments in helping managers become better leaders through programs such as the Global Leadership Summit, and the implementation of a new platform for peer reviews and self-reviews. The company also received awards recognizing it as a top managed service provider and employer: Stratosphere was included in Crain's Best Places to Work 2017 and the 10th annual MSP 501 World Company Rankings by MSPmentor.
Stratosphere also received a Silver Stevie Award in the Information Technology Department of the Year category in 2017 and a Bronze Stevie Award in the same category in 2016.
