Stratosphere Networks Sponsors My 65 Benefit for Public Education

Chicago IT managed service provider supports celebration benefiting Evanston/Skokie School District 65

CHICAGOStratosphere Networks has announced it will sponsor the My 65 Benefit on Friday, February 1. The event – which will take place from 7 to 11 p.m. at Smylie Brothers Brewing Co. in Evanston – is a celebration in support of Foundation 65, the educational foundation for Evanston/Skokie School District 65.

The benefit will involve food, drink, music, and celebrations of the arts and literacy, including a spoken word performance by District 65 middle schoolers from Evanston Speaks: Youth Poetry Project. All proceeds from the event will go toward literacy and arts programming for students across the district.

Foundation 65 works to get all segments of the community involved in public education and raises funds to help Evanston schools improve students' experience and meet high standards. Since 2008, F65 has invested more than $2.5 million in District 65 schools.

"The Stratosphere Networks team is proud to sponsor the My 65 Benefit and show support for high-quality public education," said Kevin Rubin, president and COO of Stratosphere Networks. "We're constantly looking for ways to give back and enrich our community, and promoting literacy and arts programming in our local schools is a very worthy cause."
