CHICAGO - Stratosphere Networks has announced that one of the company's enterprise technology advisors will help lead a virtual Chicago Contact Center Leadership Roundtable hosted by the Midwest Contact Center Association (MWCCA). Kendra Karczewski, who serves on the MWCCA Board of Directors, will moderate the November 6 discussion along with three other board members.
The roundtable - which will take place over Zoom from noon to 1 p.m. - will allow contact center leaders to talk about what's happening at their respective organizations and gain insight into what others in the contact center space are doing. Topics will include work-from-home productivity, strategies for returning to work, and attendance during the pandemic, among others.
The event is the second in an ongoing series of leadership discussions hosted by the MWCCA, a nonprofit association of contact center professionals focused on education, networking and collaboration. The group plans to continue holding a roundtable on the first Thursday of each month going forward.
"Staying connected during the pandemic has been difficult for everyone," Karczewski said. "These virtual discussions deliver a lot of value because they allow contact center leaders from different organizations to maintain ties and work through common problems."
Stratosphere Networks, a Chicago-based managed service provider, is one of the founding partners of the MWCCA's Chicago chapter. As an advisor for Stratosphere, Karczewski guides businesses through the process of identifying contact center offerings and other IT solutions that meet their unique needs and align with their objectives.
