Cloud computing is confusing, new, and a bit unreliable - especially to those who don't understand it completely. For CFO's, moving items, data, figures, and sensitive information to the Cloud is a difficult decision to make.
In fact, Google sponsored a survey, which was conducted by CFO Research, the publisher of CFO Magazine - based on 300 responses from Senior Finance Executives working in the US.*
Because CFO's have lately become the epicenter for IT-related decisions, the survey wanted to find out how other CFO's felt about the cloud.
Here's what they found...
- 76% of CFO's claimed that having a "solid cloud computing strategy" will make a positive impact towards company success within the next 12-18 months.
- 71% of CFO's said their largest Cloud computing project resulted in lower hardware costs.
- 68% of CFO's claimed that Cloud-based systems would "meaningfully improve" IT's ability to focus on high-value activities, such as setting corporate strategies.
Cloud computing may seem tricky at first, but partnering up with an experienced company like Stratosphere Networks, will make sure everything is safe and secure. Don't take our word for it: read our testimonials, review our works, or give us a call.
