The annual list - which was released on April 3 - is based on the results of two surveys conducted last year by Buck Consultants, a global human resources consulting firm and Crain's research partner. A representative from each participating company completed the first survey and employees completed the second survey. Topics such as benefits, pay, promotions, health care, vacation time, management, and career development were covered and factored into the rankings.
Stratosphere was also included on the list last year and was named number five on the 2015 Best Workplaces for Millennials list.
