- What’s happening: Microsoft has evaluated end user issues in the China region dialing into Skype for Business/Teams conference IDs and concluded the problem isn’t under Microsoft’s control. Local mobile and telephony carriers are likely the source of the technical difficulties.

- What’s happening: On Oct. 13, 2020, Microsoft plans to retire Basic Authentication for EWS, EAS, POP, IMAP and RPS to access Exchange Online. SMTP AUTH will not be affected.
