1. New cybersecurity platform.

First, the head of IT inquired if we could sell him a security solution that he was already planning on purchasing for the holding company. We validated his selection and offered a better price for the platform than another advisory firm he initially considered.

2. Outbound call branding to boost ticket sales.

At our Breckenridge event, the client's head of IT learned about technology that stops outbound calls from showing up as unknown numbers or “Scam Likely” on the recipient's cell phone. He wanted to implement a branded caller identification solution to boost ticket sales for a prominent sports team owned by the client.

During that trial period, however, the client realized that the provider he selected was only identifying and branding calls made to Verizon and T-Mobile customers. Calls made to people with AT&T still showed up as unknown numbers.
