Note: For a functional user experience, you have to turn on the Edge policy “Configure the View in Explorer feature for SharePoint pages in Microsoft Edge” and ensure your SharePoint Online tenant configuration is updated.

- Retirement of Basic Authentication in Exchange Online
- What’s happening: Starting October 1, 2022, Microsoft plans to retire Basic Authentication in Exchange Online for all tenants. Once the supplier disables Basic Auth, end users in your tenant will no longer be able to access Exchange Online mailboxes via Basic Authentication.
