    • Thousands separator in Microsoft Lists and SharePoint lists
      • What’s happening: Owners and members of Microsoft Lists and SharePoint lists will soon gain the ability to add a thousands separator to numbers.
    • New Lists Grid view capabilities in Microsoft Lists and SharePoint lists
      • What’s happening: Microsoft will soon implement new abilities in Lists Grid view for owners and members of Microsoft Lists and SharePoint lists.
    • New Teams report in admin center
      • What’s happening: Microsoft has announced the addition of a new Teams report to the usage reports section in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
    • Teams history menu
      • What’s happening: Microsoft is introducing a history menu in the Teams desktop client to show recently visited locations.
    • Tasks app publishing and reporting features within Teams
      • What’s happening: Microsoft will soon implement reporting features and task publishing in the Tasks app in Teams. With the introduction of these features, you’ll be able to define tasks that must be completed across frontline sites, identify the locations that must handle those tasks, and monitor their progress.
    • Message reminders for Outlook on the web

      • What’s happening: Microsoft has announced the addition of the first Teams security recommendation.

    • Message center email subject line updates
      • What’s happening: Microsoft plans to update the subject lines for “Message Center Major Change Update Notification” and “Message Center Data Privacy Message Notification.”
    • More secure webhook URL format for Teams connectors support
      • What’s happening: Microsoft has announced plans to switch connectors support in Teams to a webhook URL format that provides greater security. The new URLs will include tenant names.
    • Enhanced Microsoft Search for SharePoint classic sites without customized search
      • What’s happening: Microsoft will soon extend modern Microsoft Search experiences with improved relevance and increased personalization to classic SharePoint team sites without customized search experiences.
    • Teams Guest access setting on by default
      • What’s happening: Starting Feb. 8, 2021, Microsoft will turn on Guest access in Teams by default for any clients that haven’t already configured the setting.
    • Updates for Microsoft 365 Apps released to all channels
      • What’s happening: Microsoft has released updates to the following channels for Microsoft 365 Apps: Current Channel, Monthly Enterprise Channel, Semi-Annual Enterprise Channel (Preview), and Semi-Annual Enterprise Channel.
    • Enhanced Teams feedback process
      • What’s happening: Microsoft has announced plans to improve the feedback process for Teams in two ways. The first is automatic user feedback reviewing to pinpoint any relevant pre-existing help documentation (which will then be relayed to the user). Second, if allowed by the Teams administrator, end users will gain the option to submit an email address when giving feedback, which will allow Microsoft to contact them directly.
