New Features
- Insider Risk Management now generally available
- What’s happening: Microsoft has announced the general availability of Insider Risk Management, a new feature that uses machine learning to help you pinpoint and address insider risks.

- Communication Compliance now generally available
- What’s happening: Communication Compliance – a component of the new insider risk management solution set for Microsoft 365 – is now generally available for all tenants. This feature lets you identify, capture and remediate inappropriate messages to keep risk levels low.

- Office app for iOS and Android
- What’s happening: The new Microsoft Office app – which combines Excel, PowerPoint, Word and more – is now available for iOS and Android. Users can download the app via the Google Play Store for Android phones and the App Store for iPhones. Microsoft plans to introduce support for tablets at a later date.

Updated Features
- Expanded SharePoint site swap availability
- What’s happening: Microsoft previously announced the rollout of the capability to swap a SharePoint root site’s location with another site via the new PowerShell cmdlet Invoke-SPOSiteSwap. This feature is already available for clients with fewer than ~10,000 licenses. Microsoft is now rolling it out to customers with more than ~10,000 licenses.

- What’s happening: Microsoft is modifying the settings for OneDrive and SharePoint end user and external/guest sharing.

- Changes to administration of Dynamics 365 instances
- What’s happening: Microsoft is updating the list of admin centers on Microsoft 365 admin center so that Dynamics 365 admin center traffic will get directed to the Power Platform admin center. Clients will be able to use the Power Platform admin center to configure and manage Dynamics 365 instances.

- Power Apps ability to leverage Teams content
- What’s happening: Microsoft is giving Power Apps the ability to read Teams content to get the necessary context to craft custom dynamic experiences for specific channels.
